Col Tewari is at the helm of all our operations at the Tewari Group. After serving in the Indian Army for 26 years he decided to continue serving and giving back in the civil sector. His efforts have been well documented and recognized during his time as Executive Director – CSR for DLF Ltd. Prior to which he was the Executive Vice President, CSR and Education -Jindal Steel and Power Limited and Head of CSR- Rehabilitation and Resettlement of Tata Power Company Limited. In 2005 he was awarded UNESCO- Global Alliance for disaster reduction award.
He currently sits on the Board of the Grameen Foundation which has recently established a Business Enterprise named Grameen Impact Ventures Pvt Ltd which will create employment opportunities by giving access to various products and services through Physical and Digital Retail Networks.
As an academic and educator, he was nominated by Rotary International and Rotary Foundation for Rotary Peace and Conflict Studies Program from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. He addresses number of Universities all over the World, conducts Business Development workshops in Asia, Africa and Middle East and sits on the Board of various National, International and Non Government Organizations and Universities . His case studies are available in Harvard Business School, IIM Bangalore, Yale University, European Case Clearing House etc.
He has written a book on Leadership Development “Bunker to Bliss” which documents his spiritual journey in understanding the concept of ‘Unlimited Liability’ and retrospecting on the meaning of life and duty.

Kshitij Tewari is a serial entrepreneur who founded Sportvolt, his first business venture in 2016. With an unrelenting drive and passion, his moto ‘business with a heart’ resonates in every Tewari Group endeavor. Under his leadership Sportvolt has become a name synonymous with quality and trust in the sports and healtcare industry. Kshitij is currently at the forefront of all our ventures and has taken a leadership role in our expansion into the defense sector.
Rashmi Tewari

Rashmi Tewari is a gerontologist and a lifelong educator. Prior to heading operations at SARTHI she served as the Principal of the prestigious Assam Rifles Public School,Along, Arunachal Pradesh. After completing her tenure at the school she graduated from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She was a part of numerous army and civil social initiatives before she decided to take on one of the most sensitive and crucial issues of our times- education of girl children. SARTHI is a culmination of all her years of experience as an educator and social worker, all aimed at educating and empowering young girls in her home state of Uttarakhand
